Which documents apply to you
Start with the documents for your situation:
- Candidates and job seekers: the Privacy Policy, the Candidate Assessment & Proctoring Notice, the Biometric Information Privacy Policy, the AI Transparency Notice, and the candidate sections of the Terms of Service.
- Customers and their users: your signed customer agreement, the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the subprocessor list.
- Website visitors: the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Terms of Service.
AceHR and the hiring company
Staffing firms and employers use AceHR to run their hiring. They decide whom to assess, interview, hire or place, and they control their candidates’ records; AceHR provides the software and processes that data on their behalf. For questions about your own application or assessment, contact the company that invited you first.
