Cookie Policy
Essential functions stay available. Optional analytics is your choice, and you can change it at any time.

Your current browser preference controls optional analytics.
1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and associated with a site. Local storage also keeps values on your device. AceHR uses these mechanisms for essential service functions and, only with your permission, optional analytics on public marketing pages. They are separate from the application records stored in an organization’s workspace.
2. Essential functions
Authentication and security storage supports sign-in, session verification, and protection against misuse. Names and lifetimes depend on the identity service and session configuration. Theme storage remembers your display preference until you clear it. These functions are not controlled by the optional analytics switch.
The acehr-cookie-consent cookie stores the preference version, your analytics choice, and the time it was saved. It expires after 180 days. A local-storage copy helps synchronize changes across open tabs; the cookie remains the source of truth, and an expired or missing cookie does not grant consent. These values do not contain a name, email, or account ID. Preferences apply to the current host and browser, so another device or AceHR subdomain may ask separately.
3. Optional Google Analytics
After acceptance, Google Analytics may load on the home page, resource articles, About, and legal or security pages. It helps measure website visits and usage. The analytics component does not load on sign-in, job-application, careers, or private workspace pages. The first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish analytics visits; AceHR configures their duration to a maximum of 180 days without automatic renewal on each visit.
AceHR sends page-view information without URL query strings or fragments. Google receives technical connection information when its script or analytics endpoints are contacted. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization are disabled by this implementation. No advertising category is enabled in our cookie controls. Google’s handling of information is also described in its privacy documentation.
4. Accept, reject, or customize
Accept all permits the optional analytics category, unless Global Privacy Control is detected. Reject optional keeps it disabled. Preferences lets you review essential storage and toggle analytics independently. Essential functionality remains available after rejection. Optional scripts are blocked before a valid acceptance; closing a preferences dialog does not accept cookies.
Open Cookie settings at any time to change the choice. Withdrawing acceptance disables analytics, removes accessible first-party analytics cookies, and reloads the page if needed to unload an already-running tag. Withdrawal stops future analytics processing by this component; it cannot retract a request already sent or automatically delete information held by a provider. Contact AceHR for a data request.
5. Global Privacy Control and browser settings
When your browser exposes Global Privacy Control, AceHR keeps optional analytics off even if an earlier preference allowed it. The preferences dialog displays that signal and disables the analytics switch. There is no separate implementation for the older Do Not Track signal.
You can delete or block cookies in browser settings. Clearing the preference causes AceHR to ask again and keeps analytics off until a new choice is saved. Blocking essential cookies can affect sign-in and the ability to remember your choice. If preferences cannot be saved, optional analytics remains off and the control explains the issue.
6. Other services and changes
Following a link to an external scheduler, payment page, meeting service, or company website takes you to a service with its own storage and privacy practices. AceHR’s cookie controls do not manage those services’ cookies. Connected product services may use storage necessary to complete the action you request.
We will update this policy when these practices change. If a change requires a fresh choice, the preference version can be renewed so optional analytics stays off until the visitor chooses again. Consult the Privacy Policy for broader information handling and privacy request options.
